Philadelphia Capsule
The Philadelphia Capsule is a love letter to the City of Brotherly Love—an exploration of art, history, and culture translated into over 20 pieces of wearable art. Born from my time spent in Philadelphia, this collection carries the energy of a city that is at once revolutionary and modern, historic and vibrantly alive.
Each design draws from the moments that left an indelible mark on me. The iconic red double-decker bus rides through cobblestone streets sparked the interplay of movement and structure in my prints. Visits to the Barnes Foundation, the Rodin Museum, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art inspired palettes that celebrate Impressionist color, sculptural form, and the timeless rhythm of classical and modern artistry. The art books I carried home became living references—ready to ignite new sparks with every page turned.
The fashion show at the Independence Seaport Museum added its own layer of resonance: the harbor as backdrop, history colliding with the present, setting the stage for future visions. My stay at Hilton Penn’s Landing and evenings dining aboard the legendary Moshulu infused the collection with a sense of elegance on the water, while nights spent at Spruce Street Harbor Park under glowing lanterns added whimsy and intimacy.
The Philadelphia Capsule is more than clothing—it’s memory stitched into fabric, a city reimagined through art wear. Each piece invites you to experience Philadelphia not just as a place, but as a story—alive, bold, and unfolding one release at a time
