Copy of Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A restocking and handling fee of 25% applies as items are made-to-order just for you. The cost of returning items due to an error in size are the responsibility of the shopper.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any original tags, and free of any perfumes, body oils, makeup, detergents, or other marks.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you're unhappy about your purchase, please contact us prior to shipping it back to us in order to get approval and proper return instructions. The product must be in new and wearable condition. Once received and inspected, and we will process your refund and issue it back to the original payment form (less shipping charges and other fees). Shoes should only have been worn on carpeted surfaces and the soles be unworn and unscratched.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Returns are allowed on new, regularly priced in stock merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be returned unopened (in original packaging) and with customer receipt. Closeout items, reduced price items (sale or bundled discounts), swimsuits, underwear and used gear items are not eligible for returns. After 14 days, all sales are final.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both to and from the customer if free shipping was used and just the return shipment if customer paid shipping cost.
- If exchanging gear for an alternate size/ product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement product.
- On all international/non-contiguous US returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping/return costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us within 7 days to arrange a return and get proper return instructions for faulty goods. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Underwear including boy shorts, briefs and boxer briefs are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy also applies to swim suits and swim shorts of any kind. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A restocking and handling fee of 15% applies. You are also welcome to place a new order for the correct size before returning the original item. The choice is entirely yours.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and free shipping was applied, the cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, shipping times may vary.
If you are shipping an item please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To summarize:
